Investors - Atlanta Anyone?
Atlanta been hot for some time now
Seems inventory is steadily increasing, this may see the market change
However, Clayton County is still achieving double digit growth, lower entry point attracting first home buyers
Anyone have any feedback on this market

College Park is the farthest south I'm working, so, close to Clayton, but still Fulton. I see tremendous future growth in the tri-cities of Hapeville, College Park and East Point.
