Flat Fee MLS listings...worth it?
I recently got back in to rehabbing homes and just finished my first 2...after briefly listing them FSBO and not getting a single response we went with a full fee agent and listed on MLS. Had an incredible response immediately and one house sold in a couple weeks and the other is currently under contract. Just based on the response it leads me to think the flat fee listing would be the way to go. I have experience with contracts and negotiations so that part doesn't concern me...just looking for others experiences/thoughts/advice?

Why throw 3% out the window? Use a Flat Fee Agent.
If you ever have access to MLS go to the sales. Look at all the agents who brought the buyer. 95-99% of the time it was a different agent who brought the buyer. That means it is pointless paying the listing agent 3% when all they really do is put the house into MLS.
I would definitely recommend using a Flat Fee Agent. You can still use a scheduling service like CSS to handle the showing appointments so you don't have to meet the agents.
