Seasoning on REO and pre-forclosures (Short Sales)
Still starting out, but one thing I am curious about when looking to buy REO and Pre-foreclosures.
Is there or is there NOT a seasoning period on each from when I buy it to when I sell it? I'm pretty sure it's not assignable, but what, if any seasoning periods are there.
I know that you can get in contract on the deal under an LLC and "Sell" that LLC to your cash buyer, but that just seems sticky to me.
Thanks in advance!
