What will Millennial's do - Rent or Buy?

Are you a Millennial and an investor? I have been reading for years that Millennials are renters and work in the cloud and I always thought that has a bit of a cliche. Especially in Milwaukee. I have currently several clients who are younger than me (shock!) and who are looking to house-hack with a duplex or buy a single family. Some of them are expecting (if you see this, congratulations again!) and are looking to buy another investment property! Below is a stat that came out from KCM today and I feel they are spot on. So if you are a Millennial investor, what do you think your generation will do? And when?
