Are occupied homes worth the effort?
Absentee home owners are my preference when it comes to targeting motivated sellers. I have been checking out my list of "vacant" homes just to get a glimpse of what exactly it is I am interested in putting under contract. A lot of the homes are not vacant as it is listed in the public records as being vacant. Are these owner occupied properties still worth looking into just as much as the absentee owner properties?
