Turnkey Investment for International investor
Hello guys,
I am a international investor and I've been looking over the past 3 months what the best strategy would work best for me. Since I'd be living far away from the property, the best way to invest would be a turnkey investment.
Any recommendations on turnkey companies? I am looking for homes to buy and hold and at any location in the USA (as long as the number make sense).
Cheers,

I used to work primarily with internationals buying US turnkeys. It's definitely one of the easiest ways to go since you won't be near the property.
The trick for you though, and any international... way before the numbers... is the quality of the turnkey provider. Back in the crash days when everyone under the sun was buying turnkeys, internationals more than anyone were getting taken advantage of because the shady turnkey providers knew they would never come see the property and they were willing to just throw the cash down with minimal due diligence. A lot of internationals really lost out and got screwed by this. So you want to work with a turnkey company that will genuinely take care of you and your investment.
What's your budget and do you have any market preferences? You can message me if you want.
The other thing is that there are a couple things you need to do before you purchase anything, otherwise you could mess up the taxation on the property. You have to first set up a US entity (need to have an entity specialist tell you which one is appropriate for your country) and then a US bank account. Don't buy anything before you have those two things in place. Easy to do, but don't not do them.
Hope that helps!
