Hello @Ali Boone thanks for the reply.

Couldn't agree with you more about the quality of the turnkey provider. I've seen a lot posts here about some companies that have bad reputation (Morris invest for example) that holds me back a little bit on trusting a turnkey company.

I am aware about opening a US bank account and a LLC but I am only going to do that after find a company that I can trust. I've lived in the USA for 6 years and I would be more comfortable to invest in areas that I know so PA, FL, MS, AL, TN... but I am willing to look at the other markets as long as I see that the number make sense.

About the price range, I am willing to spend about 60k to buy in cash or I can go higher than that if I can find a mortgage at a decent interest rate.

What markets do you work with?

Thanks,

Felipe F.

Hello guys,

I am a international investor and I've been looking over the past 3 months what the best strategy would work best for me. Since I'd be living far away from the property, the best way to invest would be a turnkey investment.

Any recommendations on turnkey companies? I am looking for homes to buy and hold and at any location in the USA (as long as the number make sense).

Cheers,

@Kyle Keck Thanks for replying. Me and my partners are currently looking for SFH and multi family in Bethlehem.

We are looking to find homes that give us great cash flow. Our price range would be between 50-150k.

Hope you can help us out.
