I have a friend that is looking for a referral for an investor friendly real estate agent.  He is looking to purchase a 3-4 unit small multifamily as his primary residence ! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Cassidy Burns I'm in property management in RVA and know two awesome realtors (no affiliation in business, no referral fees for me... just great people) that work with investors often, some of which are my clients.  One of them will invest months with newer investors to show them the ropes.  Happy to make an introduction for your friend.  Just send me a DM.
