Identifying Properties part of Opportunity Zones

Hi,

Is there an easy way to find out if a given property is part of qualified opportunity zone (QOZ). 

I can see QOZ on https://www.cims.cdfifund.gov/preparation/?config=config_nmtc.xml but unable to say for certain if a property is part of QOZ.
