Replied

My wife invested with them in a fund called assuravest and then we had to sue them to get the money back. They lied about everything, and we did not sign any nondisclosure. They were paying people investment returns using our principal which is definition of Ponzi scheme. In various court depositions - they confessed to this fact. These are complete scammers. Please check out lawsuit "assuravest llc vs Victoire van der pas IRA" - They created 2 companies with the same names "Assuravest" and then started trading similar notes using the 2 companies except one was with investors' money and another was with their own IRA funds. They did not tell us about this before. They gave out about 2 million dollars to some note brokers without receiving collateral.
