just got rejected..  was trying to use equity on 1 of my properties to purchase more this year.

dti was the cause of rejection. Im very motivated and would like to ask you guys this..

This year..  do i pay off most debt under the 30% and use my savings... then re apply?   do i get a part time job for extra income? or do i wait another year and see what happens?

I appreciate the raw truth as im ready to get the ball rolling one way or another.

Thanks.
