Most important things to consider for Fixer Upper purchase

Hi,

I am looking to buy a Fixer Upper. I am hoping to do cosmetic changes (flooring, bathroom/kitchen remodel, paint). What are some of the most important things to consider for fixer upper. Understand that things like Foundation and Structure are important as they can cost lot of money to fix.

What are some other things to consider besides Foundation, Structure, Water Damage and Electrical that can cause a lot of money to fix.
