Good afternoon. I’ve been listening to the Podcast for awhile. I own 1 rental house and I’m closing on my second one next week. I’m so excited to see where this road takes me. I’m a school teacher and I’m just ready to be my own boss and increase my income to take better care of my family. I’ve already learned so much from you all while lurking in the shadows.
