How difficult is it to get into tax liens? Is it a lower risk investment? And downside or things I need to be cautious of??

I see lots of pre-foreclosures on Zillow and other sites. What is the process for buying these? Can you buy them before the auction?

Good afternoon. I’ve been listening to the Podcast for awhile. I own 1 rental house and I’m closing on my second one next week. I’m so excited to see where this road takes me.
