How to generate a Cash Buyers list

Hey All!

I am getting into the Wholesaling game. I would like to generate a list that I can cold call to accelerate the process of meeting buyers. I know I can buy one for about a grand from list source, which I am reserving as a final option.

 I am a relatively experienced investor, so I have no problem going and talking shop at Meetups. But I am old fashioned, that has been the only area I have had any success in. I am trying to get this wholesaling business to gain momentum. We have too many deals and not enough buyers!

As far as finding buyers, we post on websites like craiglist looking for cash investors in the specific zip code.
