question about loan for building with 8+ units,

Anyone have any recommendations for a lender that deals with multifamily properties?
I'm currently looking at buildings with 6+ units
and have a few 8+ units on my short list.
btw: I'm in NYC (so anything more then 5 units is considered a commercial loan)
