I've got the "out of money and can't buy more real estate" blues

Anybody been there? Who's with me?

Own 8 houses and 7 mortgages and now I'm totally out of money.

Feels like everyone is at a party playing a fun game and I can't play or attend. :(

Need to save up!

@David J.,

I understand the feeling, right now we're in the process of likely getting 6-7 mortgages on 8 houses, and it's like.. wait.. what else can I do? ... nothing right now, all the resources are tied up. lol      I say get creative-- if there's a great deal, figure out a way-- hard money lender, or local investor, especially with that many properties you've proven yourself business wise..  don't count yourself out yet, just might have to get more creative!  For the right return, someone will fund it!
