Finally, it is going through

The home purchase that brought me to BP is finally going to take place. We have been trying to purchase the neighboring home with self directed IRA's for a few months now. He got cold feet earlier, so we had some issues to iron out. While doing research on SDIRA's I stumbled across this terrific website. I can't tell you all how helpful the input and information has been. We have put a couple of other deals together in the meantime, with help from BP. Just a shout out to all the great people here.
