Mobile Home Tax Lien

Purchased my first mobile home tax lien last week.  I have purchased other liens before and have built a good relationship with the county treasurers office.  In March I can proceed with foreclosure measures and right now I am looking for an attorney.  I have only had 1 respond(through his secretary) with a retainer rate of $200 an hour.    The home is located in the nicest park in town which is why I purchased the lien.  I went and spoke to the park manager and had a great conversation with them and how they operate.  I was just looking to see if anyone else had foreclosed on a mobile home and what your experience was.  If I can make this work there is a tremendous market as there are multiple homes available that I have already scouted.
