After years and years of learning and learning and not doing.
Hello All ,
I have been a longtime member and fan of biggerpockets but have yet to add or enter a discussion, so this is my first one here we go!.
Little background I am not a total newbie in REI, I did fairly well in it back in the easy days of 02 - 09 , but then completely lost everything , yes everything in 08 on a luxury spec home when disaster struck!. I am sure i am not alone there. It did however take quite a toll on my confidence and ability to talk people into investments, I have yet to get my mojo back, but I am sick of it being broke etc. and need to get back in.
Thank all said i have located a property i think I can get my feet wet again with. I am looking to Buy Renovate and Rent , Purchase and renovation would bring property to approx 73% ARV. Number will be 50K purchase 35K to renovate and rent would be 1200-1350 .. So I ask you all with poor credit no cash and nothing but a disgusting desire to get back in this game.. HOW do I make it happen.. Will a HML give me purchase and rehab then flip into LTF?... Anyone who has any ideas or can point me to someone who can help .. I would much appreciate it.
