Lockboxes, Hasps, Padlocks - What's your favorite?
Wholesaler and agent here. When you get a vacant property and need to lock it up, what's your go to tool or accessory to do this? I work with a team and we go through dozens of lockboxes which can be pricey - not to mention the cost to replace the locks if someone decides to steal the keys.
