Hello BP members,  I am looking for that local bank guy in Kokomo, IN or Indianapolis, IN. I'm kinda new in BP. The loan is small, I'm investing in sub 30k properties.  How can I get a loan?  Can I get 2 properties in 1 loan to meet the required minimum loan amount OR is there any local bank guy you can refer me on those cities I've mentioned who can lend at smaller loans?  I wanted to dive into real estate investing this year.  I already have 1 performing asset in Peru, IN and I wanted to rinse and repeat.  Thank you so much for all your help and time.

@Adonna Villanueva you are most welcome. Rentals are not too bad in northern NH if you can find them. The market is very limited in inventory so we chose to invest long distance in Toledo, Ohio. The price to enter the market is much more accessible there. We are actually working with @Mike Mocek who messaged you above on our first steps into that market.
