How do you find the owner of an LLC if they have a comm. RA

I'm wanting to find out who owns an LLC that has a commercial registered agent ? I called the registered agent and asked for the person who had signed some of the LLC documents but they said he was rarely in the office. The man I asked for was identified as assistant secretary on some of the forms and something else on other documents. How do I find out who the owner is ? I couldn't find it on opencorporates either. It's an LLC in Wyoming. Idk if that changes anything. I'm in San Diego.
