I know auctions are not something many people are experienced in, however I would love to hear from those who are. I'm currently working with a cash investor and would love to find out more about how to find savvy deals in Southern California. Whether through court auctions, foreclosures, trustee sales or wholesale deals. If you have any info to share, I'd love to hear about your experiences. I realize prices are high right now, but a recession is around the corner and now is a great time to start networking. If you have a deal with enough meat on the bone, I may also be of value to you.
