Can anyone recommend a PML or HML that funds in Hawaii?

Hi all, I'm looking for a good private or hard money lender that I can use to acquire 2-3 BRRRR deals at the same time. What PML and HMLs have you used and how was your experience?

I have done deals and am a very well qualified borrower, but my PML can’t fund purchases under 100k and my bank is being too conservative so I’ll just have to refi once the units are stabilized. 

Who have you used for these kinds of acquisitions?
