Hi all. I am from the NY/NJ area looking to invest in buy and hold properties in other markets. Trying to focus on small multi families. I am intrigued by the North Carolina market, particularly Charlotte.  I am thinking this market will give me a decent cash flow while appreciating within the next 5-7 years.  Right now I am just looking for advice and knowledge of the area. But I am ready to pull the trigger on a deal so if anyone out there can help, I would really appreciate it.
