I just bought a duplex in my area, and now that I’m living where i am I’m finding a bunch of multi family’s that look distressed. I know I can go around door knocking to see if the tenants want to give me the landlord info. But is there another way I can look up who the current owner is?

If you are a broker most counties have a website where you can search by property address. Ours is linked into our MLS as well.

If not you can contact a title company and they will usually pull a neighborhood for you free of charge.
