Hey So Cal investors,

I'm currently in Denver and absolutely love it but i've always dreamed of living in SD. Just out of curiosity, especially to the younger investors like me with limited resources, how do you buy investment property when its so expensive? How do you make money investing there? I feel with the high cost, you'd be lucky just to break even. I ask this as a mid-twenties young investor who aspires to do this as my full-time job. Thanks guys!
