How To Invest Under a Newly Formed LLC
I am basically a newbie with 1 investment property. I am looking to purchase a 2nd one and was considering doing so under a newly formed LLC. I have been told this is not possible. At what point can I buy under the LLC?

I just purchased my first rental property and put it in my LLC. I was able to have the titling agent transfer the title from my name to the LLC at closing. It was relatively straight forward. If you just buy it straight through the LLC, I believe that gets you into commercial loan territory, even for single family properties.
