Fund & Grow is a great company.  I worked with Donna and was able to obtain $103,000 in my first batch.  I am looking forward to the second batch of funding.  Everyone I've dealt with there has provide wonderful service especially Donna & Amanda.  Donna kept me inform every step of the way from the beginning.  It is a pleasure working with her.  I am in the process of using the funds to purchase my an investment property.  I've gotten cards with 0% from 9-18 months.

@Jonathan Miller I know how to get capital but finding great deals is what I am having a problem with.  I'd love to talk with you about your deals and see how we could possible work together.  DM me if interested.

Finding a good deal is what's holding me back.  I have had approval from hard money lender in addition to other creative financing options that I have come up with, but the numbers doesn't work.  I have gotten past the fear of losing money because I know you have to lose some to gain some but I just cannot find a deal.  I am willing to do joint ventures if I find the right partner.  But education and networking play a big part in getting me here.

Hi everyone!

Are there others here who are completing the 90 Day Challenge but not in an active Mastermind/Accountability Group?  I have been put in two groups of at least 5 people in the last 3 weeks but my fellow group members are newbies like myself and are not actively on BP.  I have made attempts to setup meetings but have not been successful.  If you would like to be apart of a my group or, are in a group I can join, please let me know.  I know that when I am held accountable for something that I commit to, I am definitely going to work harder to accomplish that goal.

I am proposing a weekly call/video conference on any week day after 7:00 pm, or on Saturday/Sunday at an agreed upon time.  

@Josh R. Congratulations!  This is such an inspiring story.  Starting out is definitely challenging but BP members, podcasts, books etc keeps me motivated.  I You and your wife are a great team!  Thanks for sharing!

@Emile Papillon  Glad you found the time to read it!  It surely is a great way to get the basics to starts your investment career.  You will also like Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Osborn.  Don't be turned off by the name; it applies to local investing just the same.  What I like about it, is how he gives step by step instructions and detail information in every aspect.  So far, it's my favorite.  And, don't forget to tune in to the podcasts while you are in your car! You'll learn so much, so fast without taking time out of your day!  Best of luck!
