I am moving up to the Lakes Region of NH and I am looking for investment opportunities.  I wanted to reach out and meet up and hear if anyone has had experience in this area and what results you have experienced.  I am currently pursuing a few rental properties, and I am unsure if I should jump on them.  I am hoping for a little guidance from experienced investors.  Thank you
