Listing a flip before new windows come in
We've been working on a flip the past 2 1/2 months and we are going to be ready to sell it. There is a delay in all new windows for the house. Most current windows are broken or fogged. I'm getting nervous with the holidays here then slow January and February right around the corner. Should I try to list it now and say windows are on way and will be included?

@Matt Matessa do you feel that now, with bad windows, will result in a quicker sale, for more money, than listing in Feb with new windows? Personally, I wouldn't list an unfinished product, because the general public wont see past that in most cases
