Book recommendations for making an offer.
I have seen this pop up on a recent post. I have searched and searched but cant find the post again.
I saw a technique to making offers for owner financing. 3 different offers one at 100% financing with a higher interest rate, a middle of the road offer with a medium down payment and moderate interest rate, and a low interest rate with a higher down payment.
Is this a book? If so what book if not do you have more info on how to formulate your offers? Thank you. I have found a deal that I would like to try this technique.
