First time posting. Go easy on me, guys. =)

Looking for hard money lender in Atlanta. I saw the list on here and was wondering who has had experience with them or any others for that matter. This will be my first time using one. Any advice/tips or anything that you wish you would have known going into it?

Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! Try Temple View Capital. They're really good. David Weintraub is on here, but I can send you contact info if you send me a PM or email.
