Help Buying Real Estate Across the North East United States

Hello there! I am a flight attendant and am looking to buy a four unit building anywhere in the US that has a good deal. I am looking for a realtor that has access to the MLS nationwide to help me with my search. Does this exist? Do I simply need a commercial real estate firm that does residential 1-4 units, is that a thing? And if so does anyone have any recommendations. Thanks.
