In Minnesota, is there a particular buy and purchase agreement for wholesaling you are suppose to use? Or is a generic agreement from the internet like free forms provided by youtubers good enough. I am a starting wholesaler and I want to have a form a deck as I am marketing for a deal and have been making calls.
