First Investment Question

Mike Naccarato

Hello fellow BP community! I just want to get opinions on investing out of state for your first buy and hold property. Would it be a terrible choice to do that? Or should I stick to my hometown for my first property?

Thanks,

Mike

Spokane is a great market, large and diverse.  I'd definitely try and stay local.

I think they're having a meet up on the west side discussing investing in Spokane specifically.  Maybe offer to be boots on the ground and make some connections!
