Milwaukee, Racine rentals investment? is it ok?
Hello All
I'm all new in BiggerPockets and all new in any kind of forums etc and kind of a new in investing in rentals like most of you guys,
i have question; Since Chicago market (my location) is really difficult for rental investments especially buying price I'm thinking in investing in Wisconsin Milwaukee and Racine area, any pros and cons about those areas? (my main reason for those areas is they're close to my location) or where would you recommend to start investing
Any advice is greatly appreciated,
thank you for all advices
