Earnest money deposit

I am purchasing a ohio property in my personal name, but want to pay for all expenses through my LLC. Can I use my LLC for earnest money deposit? or will title company frown upon this?

Also, does it matter that the LLC is a Texas based LLC and not registered in ohio? I think I know the answer, but want to hear it from all the wise folks out there. Im just tryin to minimize the money account shuffle.
