Hi! I am a new in wholesaling. I am looking for advice on how to get investor(s) to work with. I also need advice on how to get properties in my area to start working on? I live in the MD/DC/VA area. Thank you for your advice in advance.

Call other wholesalers in your area. You can also call the We Buy Houses signs and ask them what you need to know. Lastly, become educated on wholesaling. The Wholesaling Bible by Than Merill is good, also The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller is amazing.
