Hi,

Zillow has a online rent payment system. it is free and you can do tenant applicant screening too for $29. The rent payment goes straight to your bank account with in 2-5 business days and you get a notification when the tenant pays.

@Danielle McClelland yes!! My husband and I are 35 and we are finally financially ready to take the leap into RE investing. We are interested in wholesaling and buy to rent homes. I think it’s never to late to make that change. Good luck!
