Working Tax Delinquent List

Hi BP,

Newbie here. I am reviewing a Tax Delinquent List I received in Rockwall County, TX for people to mail to. My intent is to use this list to start wholesaling. On some of the properties under status, it will say Suit Filed. Also, under entity, I am seeing GRW, SRC, and SRW. Any idea what those things mean? I'm interested in learning more than the money for the first few deals.
