Wondering what type of MLS search parameters are used to find great deals for listings. Also, what other listing services are recommend (i.e Zillow, Redfin, Trullia, Realtor, etc)?

@Armando DeGuzman I think zillow has the most user-friendliness in my opinion. Try to find the ones that the owner might be just about to drop the price but haven't yet. Once they actually do drop the price on the market everyone usually flocks and there's more competition. Yeah 1000+ square feet you stand a better chance of finding a house that is either mis listed or has the ability to turn into a 3BR. Really you just have to look at a bunch of listings I have seen deals on houses that are mis listed by agents they put in the wrong info. You don't know if there's a situation like that though unless you look at a bunch of check out the pictures, details, etc.
