@Arnab Sinha our marketing efforts are primarily focused on northern Tucson (north of river) but we’ll take any B/C property we come across if the numbers meet our criteria.

@Arnab Sinha my partners and I are operating in Tucson. We are flipping SFH and rolling gains into multi-family. We're about 6 months away from being ready to buy. Anyone on this thread know of any good Brokers in Tucson for multi families? +5 units.

@Dylan Whitcher we are focusing on SFH for our rehabs. Our target market is norther Tucson. Our marketing efforts are concentrated On properties North of River through Oro Valley and North of Tanque Verde on the Eastside. However, if we find a deal in the Metro area that meets our numbers we would gladly do it. We are staying away from the Southside though.

Tylor, good info. We'll be in the market for a multi-family in the next 6-12 months. Currently flipping SFR to roll gains into multi-family. Are you a commercial realtor?
