Looking for Eastern NC Wholesaler

My partner and I are looking for a wholesaler we can develop a relationship with in eastern North Carolina, preferably in the Greenville, NC area. We own several properties in Greenville, but as you can imagine deals are getting harder and harder to find. Looking for someone that does a descent amount of volume so they won’t be looking to make a crazy spread on each wholesale. If you know of anyone please message me. @Dan Bryant I recommend networking with note investors. They buy notes from the bank and may take property back and are always working with flippers or buy and hold. Also many will carry the note during the rehab for you as well. Hit me up in a PM if you want more info
