Where the heck is the owner?

Been looking at a vacant property and would like to track down the owner to discuss further.  The property is located in Maryland so I checked the SDAT website for owner name and mailing address and no luck, the mailing address listed is the same as the property address.  Tried to Google the name and no luck there either.

Anyone have any advise or other websites I could check out?
