Thoughts for investing strategy Modesto Ca Vs Bremerton, Wa

Hello BP community, My name is Salvador and I’m new to this family. Now to get to my point, I am 23 years old and am willing to move to a familiar market I used to live in named Bremerton,Wa. I currently live in Modesto Ca, (Central valley) and it doesn’t look like a good market I would want to start in. Money is a factor, so in either case I would most likely need an FHA loan. I can raise Private capItal here in Modesto if I play my cards right, but that’s another story. Ive stayed in Bremerton Wa, before and I have a strong investment plan that would involve house hacking and renting to the Service Members only. Philosophy is they are held to a higher standard(by their command post), and I can feel more comfortable knowing I will get my rent.Finance will most likey be a obstacle due to job change. My advantage is, I once was a fellow service member at the base myself little over a year ago, so I know how they all think in terms of “wanting their own space”. House hacking will definitely be my first investment but the descision as to which market to jump into is my question. Both Modesto and Bremerton are going to blow up in their own time, just one is a cheaper starting market...So thanks for the time guy’s
