@Alan Reza If i can ask Mr. Reza.. I am 23 just starting out, And i notice a trend on bigger pockets podcasts where 90% of these people have money, i.e pulling equity, savings," i suddenly was dropped into a deal"type of situations...My way to gather funds is to get my CDL for state-2-state trucking for a year..Then invest. My question is How did you actually jump into the game and suggestions for me.. Money and lack of "skin" is what hold me back. Thanks alot sir for the response.

Specifically Tacoma/Bremerton area

@Alan Reza Hi,Moving to the Washington area. How did it go
Hi BP community, My name is salvador and i am new to the website, not to the podcasts. I have never done a deal, but i am currently in the "im just ready for it now" phase..My question is, Here in the California market (stockton specifically) is getting more expensive as bay area movers are comong down here(san jose, frisco, oakland) and IKNOW we are due for a nice grow..But! i also see an emerging CHEAPER market near the ferry terminals on the outer lands from seattle..ive talked to a handful of Agents in that area and i want to know from you guys think it would be a good move to start my investing career.im currently in the "now to find how to get finance" phase so things are moving.been studying BP podcasts for near 6-months...Thank you all !
Hello BP community, My name is Salvador and I’m new to this family. Now to get to my point, I am 23 years old and am willing to move to a familiar market I used to live in named Bremerton,Wa. I currently live in Modesto Ca, (Central valley) and it doesn’t look like a good market I would want to start in. Money is a factor, so in either case I would most likely need an FHA loan. I can raise Private capItal here in Modesto if I play my cards right, but that’s another story. Ive stayed in Bremerton Wa, before and I have a strong investment plan that would involve house hacking and renting to the Service Members only. Philosophy is they are held to a higher standard(by their command post), and I can feel more comfortable knowing I will get my rent.Finance will most likey be a obstacle due to job change. My advantage is, I once was a fellow service member at the base myself little over a year ago, so I know how they all think in terms of “wanting their own space”. House hacking will definitely be my first investment but the descision as to which market to jump into is my question. Both Modesto and Bremerton are going to blow up in their own time, just one is a cheaper starting market...So thanks for the time guy’s
