Vacant property not showing up on MLS
I occasionally see properties with lock boxes on the door but the MLS shows them as not for sale. Not sure how to interpret this. Is there an alternative to the MLS?

@Colin Charles Most likely an REO that' not yet listed. Might be that a PM company has gone in to secure the property and has a lockbox on so that other contractors can have access.
