low rates and top shelf service rarely go together.. this is one area you don't want to be cheap about.

I mean whats the huge savings if someone does it for 8 % as opposed to 10%  2% of 1000 rent is a whopping 20 bucks.

and sometimes this axiom rings true you get what you pay for.
